Climate Change as a Journalistic Topic: Experiences From Germany and Czechia
Coverage of climate change, one of today's greatest societal challenges, has not surprisingly lagged behind the coronavirus pandemic. But its influence is not weakening. In Europe we have been encountering prolonged periods of drought, lower snowfall, and a change in weather in general. As a complex, global phenomenon, climate change can be difficult to grasp, and journalists need tools and approaches to tackle this task. Representatives of Czech and German media will discuss their experiences.
This discussion was organized in cooperation with the Czech-German Future Fund.
